...just a few minutes ago, i was sitting here in front of my comp. reading a post, when it felt as though the floor beneath my chair was sort of "shaking", or vibrating, or ..... well, something like that anyway. My husb. was in the kitchen, so i called to him and asked him if he had felt that, and naturally, he said he hadn't...... so, i sat there for another minute and i could still feel it, less.......but still there. Now as he approached the den, where i was sitting, i could feel the floor vibrate A LITTLE, the way you do when someone is walking up close behind you, so, that was normal........however, I KNOW i felt this sort of "shaking" a few minutes before .... so, i immediately became panicky, but i got a hold of myself right away, (i'm almost getting used to all of this by now) and calmed down, and now.........the floor is "normal",....no more shaking or vibrating .... has anyone else had this? -------------------- __________________

Hi my darling, how have you been??I have been sitting in the living room and felt as if my house was shaking,it was only felt by me.I have discovered that if I take some magnesium soon after it goes away.It is definitely hormonal because I never had this before peri and it comes at a certain time in my cycle, usually during my period or the week after.Have a great day and GOD-bless

I had a rough night witht he same feeling.....like my whole body was quaking/quevering(sp), it may have been doing this before bed, but didn't feel it till I was still, it was very subtle, but scared me still. I have also noticed muscles groups spazzing daily, a few x's a day just in the past week. I got up last night after not being able to sit still anymore feeling this and after I got up walked around and layed back down it was gone or I just didn't notice it. HUGS Mikki

hi guys,,,,,,thanks for responding! yeah, this was weird! "Quivering" was a good word also .... just hard to describe, but I've had internal shaking, vibrating, buzzing, humming, ... you name it......but this one was new .... gosh, the thing is, it gets you so frightened when it happens ... later on, once it's gone you can look back and realize it was prob. just another symptom, but at the time, it's scary! I'm glad i'm not alone! -------------------- __________________

I have experienced this too...scared the life out of me...i had a dizzy spell the other day but it lasts only a few seconds..i feel shaky. Is there any feeling we dont have going through this hell..from spotting, sloughing, pains, anxiety, hot flashes and i think the freaky head feeling is the worst. I also had tingling in my butt and top of my leg...i think im going crazy. |

For the first time, I finally know what everyone means by internal shaking.
My sympathies for ALL of you. I passed through most of the symtoms, but this one is new and awful. I think I had it once in Feb when I had some meds in the ER for an Alllergy attack. But I'm not on any meds - so this is just cuz. MB -------------------- "Wishes for you: A sunbeam to warm you, A moonbeam to charm you,

I recall years ago thinking that a young man might be able to make the earth move for me......only to discover that all I had to do was wait til peri meno. LOL.
Oh hon......I get this all the time. It is very disconcerting to say the least. -------------------- "We are not human beings on a spiritual journey......
