Hi ladies, I am not too sure if this is peri related issue. Does anyone experience or know what is causing the occasional ache on one side of the vagina and in my case, the left side. There is no pain but achy feeling. Thanks for the help in advance.
God Bless. blessy |

Have you felt for any lumps on the left side?Just asking cause you could possibly have a bartholin cyst.

Recently they have discovered that her ureters are thinning......so the discomfort lies in the bladder and ureters yet you feel it in the cervical area. Just something to think about......along with the other option mentioned in the previous post. -------------------- "We are not human beings on a spiritual journey......

I have had this ache as well but have not ever ask about it. Just figured it was one of those pains that comes with age.

Hi ladies, really appreciate all the help in replying.
Moonlight, yes I just found a painful bump on my left vagina. The pain is similar to that of a pimple and it is pretty hard to the feel. Not sure if this is a pimple or a bartholin cyst you mentioned. I guess I will just leave it to subside and hopefully, to disappear eventually. This is probaby the cause for my vagina achiness recently. Have a blessed weekend. blessy |

Hi blessy I also had pain on one side of my vagina. I think on one occasion it was due to muscle strain (those muscles can be strained as much as any other I think) and that time it took several weeks to recover and stop occurring. However I also had it in connection with a cervical polyp (a benign thing). When the polyp was removed, the vaginal pain stopped happening. I don't know if the two were connected (I forgot to ask the gynae!).
