Hi ladies,

Does anyone get REALLY agitated, like you want to pull your own skin off? Cat on a hot tin roof? Angry ferrets on crystal meth? I am so used to feeling this way on and off and rarely pay it much attention, but with this horrendous head cold, my crap inner ears and all the hormones are just a little TOO much for me today.......my doctor told me to slow down my physical movements due to the vestibulopathy but my brain wont.......it just keeps racing along like a thoroughbred.......thinking, thinking, not concentrating, hard to remember, problem solving, not doing enough, got to be a better parent, when are you going to be able to work again, when am I going to feel better, where is my life.......blah blah blah.......same old same old.....

Wish I had something new for you, babes!! seeing my shrink on Wednesday.........Oh I pity the poor woman.......she is trying to get me to practice mindfulness to slow my thoughts down so I can RELAX. I am a hard client..... dry.gif

Thanks all........going to hibernate....

Michah

I get that way when those stupid shaking/anxiety symptoms cycle in. I know its from feeling like I'm sitting on the washer when its in spin cycle but its also from the frustration that these hormones keep make such drastic changes. I feel for you being sick on top of everything else. Hope you feel better soon.

Hate that racing head buisness, don,t know about you but I can,t perform the simplest of tasks when my heads like that, it,s almost as if my thoughts are speeded up and my body can,t "catch up!!!" sort of thing.

Most bizzare,but what isn,t nowadays..

Loving Angry ferrets on meths.
But no mention of the three legged badger today Michah?? laugh.gif

Hope your day improves

Boy do I get it! I feel the same way today. I am on the placebo week of my bcp's and that, on top of a wicked sinus problem, it is awful. I hope you feel better soon.

Xanax may be in order later. I need to be calm and that is sometimes the only thing that does the job.

Thanks all you wonderful women.......kath, my angry badger is too tired today to be angry!! yep, passed my agitation and on to melancholia........this wonderful ride of emotions and lessons in patience.

Thank you all for your support.......it is warm fuzzy enough to make me feel like crying today........oh man, get me a bloody tissue!! No crying....my poor head will explode if I do that due to my lovely sinus.

Biggest hugs to you all....... biggrin.gif
