Painful lower back ache in morning after taking xanax at night before bed...anyone experience this?

I have painful lower back going into my period check and see if you dont start in the next week or so !!

I don't have a uterus was removed do to placenta accretia while giving birth so its hard to know still have one ovary one had scar tissue on it and was removed last yr..i just turned 47 and have had all these symptoms since losing that ovary (it had scar tissue on it from previous c-sections) Just needed to vent the aches are so bad since losing that ovary estrogen blood test said low normal estrogen..any thoughts ?? |

Dear 'cari' Sorry you are not feeling so great.Try very gentle stretching exercises for your back .A lot of back aches are related to stress and anxiety increasing muscle tension.Also make sure that your mattress is not sagging or too hard. I have no experience with Bio-estrogen so would find that difficult to comment on.I do use HRT and it took about three months to feel full benefits It could well be that your dosage needs altering.You could discuss this with your prescribing Physician. The xanex shouldnt give you a back ache if anything is should relieve it. How is your back this morning ? better worse or the same ? when did you start the hormones ?

I cycle my progesterone for two weeks of the month and have noticed whenever I start back on it, that I notice more aches than when I am just on estrogen alone.
