Just wondering if anyone gets the cottage cheese type discharge a week before your period. Its not very nice for my husband when he sees it.....Ive had it on and off for the past few months quite badly.I give up bread and alcohol etc at this time and it usually passes once i bleed.....Candida can cause lots of the similar syptoms of peri and just wondering if it is a cause or a symptom of peri.......

Quite possible to get yeast infections during the low hormone (just prior to period) time in the cycle. Call your doc and see what they suggest as to how to handle it. Sorry it is such a bother. JZZ
