Has anyone had any experience in splitting their Prempro pill into two doseages? I recently upped my doseage to the .625/2.5mg because the lower doseage didn't seem to be enough. I take it in the morning and by 10:00 I feel like I'm drugged. Later in the day it seems to wear off and by evening I feel almost normal. I've always metabolized medicine too quickly and frequently have had problems with feeling overdosed. I'm wondering if I can half the pill and take it morning and evening instead? Also...when do you normally take your pill...morning or evening? I was always afraid of not sleeping if I took it before bedtime. The oval is not scored to be split in half but they are easily cut. My doctor is absolutely useless to ask so I thought maybe one of you ladies might have some experience or advice?
