So I posted earlier about breakthrough anxiety and maybe needing more estrogel. So the last few days I have not been getting hot flashes but rather cold flashes. Then my face and around my nose will feel flush like I have a sunburn and my nose will tingle. Then I start getting mini adrenaline rushes that go into anxiety or panic. With this I feel nauseous and light headed. Anyone else experience these flushes and anxiety. I want a magic pill!
