I was just reading a prior post and saw that some use this cream in different ways.
That sort of helps answer my question. I got a refill yesterday of testosterone cream there was a hand out from the Compounder pharmacy about how to use. It stated to use on the outer vaginal area and clitoris for the first 2 times and then apply to back of leg or inside of elbows. My doctor had told me to never put it around the vaginal area ..just inside thighs on soft tissues. Well, I haven't gotten any results. Was planning to have my level check soon. After I followed the direction to apply to external vagina tissue I can already tell I HAVE FEELING THERE! this may work after all. My prescription said the cream is 0.2 percent Is this a low dosage??? Thanks for your input. JannaK |

I use T cream and my cream is a .5% cream. I think that the .2% cream is a much better dosage. I try to only use a very small film of cream each day, otherwise I get too "irritated" and feel hyper. It has been hard to find that right mix for me with T cream.
I usually rub the dosage on my inner knee area, or my inner wrists. I've have heard of putting some in the C area, but then I hear opposite information, does anyone know???? It give me more energy, definately better endurance overall during the day. I dream more, and that can be a sign of a bit to much, I think. I heard that if your dreams become violent, that is a sign of to much T cream. As for libido, it's still not that great, I still need to take time and get into the mood, and my body does not seem to desire like it used to. If anyone has any suggestions, I am open. My cream is 1% which is a sizeable dose if you use it daily as directed. I am using it south of the border 2-3 X week. It has helped with libido and vaginal dryness.
