I got up with the dizzies this morning and it's driving me crazy! I know (or at least I think) it's a meno thing but it almost makes me feel like I'm going to pass out and that's SCARY! A wee bit nauseous too. WAAAAAAAAA! Ok I'm done whining.

Hope it got better over the course of the day, ladybugs...
It's hard waking up and not knowing what the heck we'll be feeling like, huh? I pray that tomorrow you'll wake up feeling MUCH better. (((HUGS))) JJ -------------------- The sky and sun are always there; it's the storms and clouds that come and go.

I suffered from dizziness and balance problems throughout peri. For me it seemed the more anxious I got over the dizziness the worse it seemed to get. I hope you're feeling better now! Hugs, Arla. |

It might be just hormone fluctuations causing it at this time of life or even some medications or supplements could contribute. BUT there are a lot of different causes. Have it checked out if it persists. Hope it passes and you feel better soon. |
