ok, so this is getting to me. I'm sitting here reading the paper and my lower back, and legs start to feel funny., wiggly like, can't really describe it. then I think what is that? It seems to go up my back and then my head feels funny and I get really hot in the face. Did I cause a hot flash to happen or is this a precursor to a hot flash? I really really wanted to stop the worrying today and feel really good. I am not happy about this. I feel a little shaky now too. My mind just races. I may try a xanax to calm down, my stomach is tightening up too.
Please let me know how you feel about this. Thanks |

Thanks Dear 'enough' I feel you have bravely put up with a lot but you do sound very anxious and that often makes things worse.The stomach tightens up and the blood surges to the head.Take the Xanax and see how you feel.I have used them on and off over the years and have never upped the dose.In fact I only use them as a less desperate emergency but that maybe weeks after using none. Thanks, I didnt' take anything and kept busy and it did pass. Whew! I guess it was a surge. I hate them, but must learn how to deal with it.
