I was doing some benign chores the other day around the house, you know folding clothes, washing dishes, nothing strenuous. When suddenly, my mind started flying in all directions and my body felt like it needed to run around in different directions to get a bunch of stuff done really fast.
I know I am not explaining this well but it felt like suddenly I had all this energy, ummmm like I was taking illicit speed or something. Way more than the surge of caffeine!! Anyway, I felt strange for a few minutes in my head, then it passed and I was able to do one thing at a time at normal pace. I did not get hot but felt out of place or something. Anyone had this? Hey Stitch,
Sounds like a mild adrenaline surge. Not the giant kind that bring on panic....I would like to have mild adrenaline surges all day long!! -------------------- Is there anything better than the love of a dog? Enjoy life. |

Me too Floater!
I have grand plans every day but not enough energy to carry them out. It does sound like a type of adrenaline surge though. Hugs, Arla. |

Jeaninne, I have also had those moments, and had them pass as quickly as you described. And like the others, I return right back to normal (darn!!).
Hope your day is going well. Many hugs and smiles, Marcy |
