I have been taking Ortho Novum 7/7/7 for about 6 months and the last 3 my dr suggested I skip the placebo pills for 3 months and see how I feel. I have been spotting just about every day the last couple months and feel more irritability, more teary, more anxiety. I'm ready to make the switch to Bios and see how that goes. I'm almost 42, by the way, and wonder how much longer this misery will go on. Anyone else have the same experience?
Thanks! |

I have been on the Pill for four years and have taken the pill for as long as 3-6 months till last year when I decided to take it for a year straight. I've been on Orthocyceln which is one of the skin and hair "friendly" pills; it worked like a charm the entire time I was on it till this last August. I went off it and felt much better but started a pill pack a few days ago to see how I would feel and my sleep has been interrupted the last two nights. I feel like utter C**P! I too think going on bioidenticals might be the answer. The pill was so good to me for so long though, it is a real mystery what went wrong.
