I am 57, single all my life, naturally menopausal since my early 40s. My thing is that I have no libido at all whatsoever. Not even a fantasy life. Not even masturbation. I would like to be involved with someone, but I find the notion of a physically intimate relationship with the average guy my age almost repulsive. How do I get over this?

Welcome to powersurge! Not great at suggesting much, as I also have no libido! Getting to know someone as a friend may lead to intimacy, sometimes you can be surprised with the feelings a 'special' person can evoke....even though I never 'feel like it'...sometimes it turns out much better than expected!! Hopefully others will find better ideas. Caz |
