Hi ladies!

Just wondering for those of you that are on HRT meds, do you take them in the morning or at night? I have been on cenestin and progestin for about 3 years and also lexapro and ativan for peri-associated anxiety and nervousness. I also take 2 high blood pressure meds. I take everything first thing in the morning and the nurse at the doctor's office last week said to try taking the cenestin and progestin at night. I had wondered if dumping everything in my system at one time could be making my anxiety worse, since it seems like about an hour after I take everything, I seem nervous and by 9 or 10 at night, I'm feeling better.

I started to not take them this morning, but I was afraid what would happen during the day if I didn't take them! I didn't know if the hot flashes, etc. would come back - I guess I'm paranoid about changing things!! I want things to get better, but I don't want to do anything to make them any worse!!

Advice or experience anyone??

Thanks!
Joette
