 Why dont Doctors tell you what is will be like to go through Premapause?? Its not nice at all. Mood swings etc. I didnt expect any of what Im going through. Never mind I surpose there are people worse off than me. Im just feeling sorry for myself.

I even feel sorry for my own Doc sometimes  , as he seems so stressed over my symptoms.  Hot flashes? Yes, I know. You feel like you are on fire, and if you are like me, the next minute you can feel as cold as antartica, although some don't get the chills, but I'll take chills any day over the hot flashes/flushes. I can assure you that I will be staying around for a long time. I wish we had a site like this here in New Zealand but we dont. The Doctors here dont really offer much help to answer any questions that you may have.  I think they dont know what to tell you about any of whats happening to us.
