Q: Do you find that middle aged women have difficulty making decisions?
A: Decisions often require taking a risk and letting go of one thing and moving towards something new. This is always uncomfortable. Most of us cling to the misery of certainty rather than risk change. In other words we don't want to give up our old familiar pair of slippers and have to break in a new pair that we may not like as well. Decision making has to do with self-confidence, trust and commitment.
