Question of the Day

Q: How would I know if I am going through menapouse? I still have my monthly but have drastic mood swings.

A: When you've gone twelve months without a period you can safely say you've had your menopause, if ofcourse, you're of the appropriate age. The years prior to menopause, called perimenopause, are sometimes the most difficult for women, as estrogen levels begin to fluctuate. That might be the cause of your mood swings.
