Question of the Day

Q: What about water -- I try to drink water -- is it important to weight loss? if I drink water before I eat, I think i'll eat less and lose - right?

A: You might, indeed, want to eat less. Often when one "feels" hungry actually they are thirsty, and water is the best beverage to deal with thirst. In WW, we want people to drink at least 6 glasses of water of 8 ounces per day. Water is, plain and simple, extremely important for everyone, whether losing weight or not.
